An update from the dev team:

• Today we released a new feature: all the podcasters get an individual ranking from now on. So, it becomes possible for every podcaster to see how long the way to the PodNova Top 40 is ;)
  Improve your ranking by putting the PodNova chicklet on your site (generate one here). It'll help your listeners get organized, and those subscribers will positively influence your overall ranking.
• Additionally the Top 10 of podcasts in the PodNova Top 40 gets extra attention as they are highlighted now.
• We've also added the Sports Podcasts Network to a prominent spot on the homepage. They've got excellent podcasts, check them out!
