How to use iTunes 4.9 with PodNova
Today iTunes 4.9 was release, it includes podcast support. We strongly recommend using iPodder Lemon, but if you really insist.. here you go, a detailed step-by-step explanation on how to use iTunes 4.9 in combination with PodNova:

- Open iTunes and select the purple podcast icon in the left navigation bar.
- Setup your account at PodNova or sign in if you already have an account.
- On your personal page (scroll a bit down) there is a RSS button located, underneath that button you see a RSS feed link. Drag that link (not the RSS button!) into iTunes 4.9.
- Your subscriptions management is now done online, accessible where ever you are :-)
- And of course you can just click the PodNova chicklets
on podcasters sites and you're subscribed in one click! - If you're running more installs of iTunes 4.9 on different machines, you're subscriptions are all synchronized.

Russell, see our post on iTunes 4.9 for an answer to your question: http://weblog.podnova.com/pivot/entry.ph....
Curious to your reasons ;-)

I like 4.9 primarily because it will bookmark MP3 files. Before, I had to download from Podnova into iTunes, convert to AAC, and then convert to bookmarkable AAC. If Podnova or Lemon could do this automatically for me, I would probably consider moving back. So far the 4.9 podcast organization method and interface doesn't knock my socks off.

I have my own reasons, but I was wondering if you would expound on your statement: "we strongly recommend using iPodder Lemon" over iTunes, or even the Podnova client...
