We've updated the spiders which are checking and updating podcasts within PodNova, they're much faster and more reliable now. For you that means that:

- we update the PodNova directory which holds all the podcasts every six hours
- we update the PodNova Top 40 every three hours
- we update your personal subscriptions every three hours

The site should also feel more snappy!
