PodNova Blog
Invalid usernames
As you might know we're working on a new version of PodNova. At the moment we're finishing up the details, and we plan to release in a couple of weeks.

In the current version it was possible to create usernames with characters in it which we cannot support anymore in the new version. That's why people whose username contains characters which are invalid are redirected to a page where the username can be changed to a valid one. Valid usernames can only contain letters from a to z, numbers from 0 to 9, and underscores ("_") or dashes ("-").

Your current subscriptions and all will be transferred to your new username, no worries.

Please note: If you are using the PodNova Desktop client, please change your username in the preferences to reflect the changes you make below.

Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, and thanks for your support!
If you have any additional questions regarding this, then you can contact us by e-mail.
